Read and Review the Draft Plan!

The first public draft of the City's updated Comprehensive Plan is now available, and we invite you to help shape its final direction. We encourage everyone in the community to review the draft and share their feedback. Your comments will help refine the plan before it is presented for adoption in October.

How to participate:

1. • Access the draft plan here (this will take you to a different website).

   • Watch a brief video explaining how to navigate the document and submit comments.

   • Review the draft and share your feedback directly within the document.

The draft plan will be available for public review and comment through September 18, 2026. Thank you for helping shape Decatur's future.
